The challenge
Alkaline Herb Shop asked FUZE to completely overhaul their Shopify Plus storefront in an effort to rebrand and increase Average Order Value, Conversion Rate and revenue from organic and paid advertising traffic. For the updated site design we incorporated features like a quiz funnel, in-cart shipping progress bar and upsells, shoppable UGC video, AI-driven search, revamped menu design and improved email/SMS capture.
Within one month of launching the new website, the client saw a 15% increase in average order value, a 20% decrease in cart abandonment and a 25% increase in conversion rate.
