Miami Heat

Custom Shopify website design for one of the NBA’s most celebrated franchises.

The Miami Heat are winners of three NBA championships and five conference titles. Some of the most talented players in history, including Shaq, Lebron James and Dwayne Wade, have worn the Heat jersey, making them one of the most popular sports franchises in America.

The challenge

The Miami Heat hired FUZE to execute a full redesign of their Shopify store. Overarching goals were an improved mobile experience, a more modern look and feel and development of custom apps to help increase engagement and conversions.

Leveraging our deep Shopify expertise, we developed a custom, mobile-responsive website that integrates seamlessly with 3rd party software like Adobe Analytics and Curalate. Additionally, we developed custom features used to elevate the fan experience, including a custom jersey builder that allows users to personalize jerseys by adding their own name and number.

Throughout the process we worked closely with the Heat’s marketing and creative teams to ensure all of their goals were met.

Baden Sports

Creating an enterprise wholesale platform on Shopify Plus for a national sporting goods brand.

Baden Sports is the original innovator of the women’s sized basketball and has since become the official game ball for numerous high school and collegiate sports programs including basketball, volleyball, softball, and baseball.

The challenge

Baden Sports asked FUZE to leverage our extensive knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform to help them develop two separate wholesale websites to serve their national network of sports teams and distributors. The sites, built on Shopify’s Enterprise ‘Plus’ platform, allow wholesale partners to register and login to view special product pricing based on their customer group. The platform tracks customers, inventory and sales for all products in the Baden catalog.

Custom Shopify Plus Website for a Health Supplement Brand

Alkaline Herb Shop is a health & wellness brand offering wildcrafted organic herbs that provide support for gut, liver, lung, heart, blood, energy, mood and more. Their products are organic, wild-crafted and meticulously tested for purity to ensure optimal effectiveness.

The challenge

Alkaline Herb Shop asked FUZE to completely overhaul their Shopify Plus storefront in an effort to rebrand and increase Average Order Value, Conversion Rate and revenue from organic and paid advertising traffic. For the updated site design we incorporated features like a quiz funnel, in-cart shipping progress bar and upsells, shoppable UGC video, AI-driven search, revamped menu design and improved email/SMS capture.

Within one month of launching the new website, the client saw a 15% increase in average order value, a 20% decrease in cart abandonment and a 25% increase in conversion rate.
